If it is a bug, it helps a lot to tell us: what you expected, what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one. That is usually enough.
The hours don't add up
This is the most common one, and it is almost always the same thing: the place's radius is too small. iOS does not report that you left until you are well past the edge, so with a small circle departures arrive late or never arrive at all.
Open the place in Places and widen the radius. But not too far: a huge circle starts counting time you spent near the place rather than in it.
“A visit without an exit time”
It means your iPhone never reported the moment you left, so the visit was closed at the last time it could confirm you were there. That figure runs short, never long. If you see it often, it is the radius again.
The app isn't counting anything
Check that location permission is set to Always, in iOS Settings → PlaceClock → Location. On “While Using the App” it only counts with the screen on and the app in front, which is no use.
I bought Pro and can't see it
Tap Restore purchases, on the paywall or in the app's settings. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. If it still does not show up, write to us with the date of the purchase.
Cancelling the subscription
That happens at Apple, not in the app: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PlaceClock. It stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
Does it drain the battery?
Barely. The app is not watching where you are: it asks iOS to tell it when you cross the edge of a place, and the system does that watching with the same machinery it already runs for its own purposes. PlaceClock never turns on continuous GPS.
Deleting my data
It is on your phone: delete the place, the visit or the whole app and it goes with it. There is nothing to ask us for. The details are in Privacy.
